Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns:
• Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Items Eligible for Return:
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
• Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
4. Return Process:
• To initiate a return, please contact customer support.
5. Refunds:
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Refund Policy
1. Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
• If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will process the refund within 3 days.
2. Refunds for Returned Items:
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed as per the return policy.
3. Late or Missing Refunds:
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
